Ascon Education provides specialist software for schools. The company started life as an educational consultancy, and has 20 years' experience of providing advice to schools and LEAs on Staff Development, Performance Management, Investors In People and development planning.

We have a detailed understanding of the education sector we serve and our systems reflect a practical understanding of the needs of managers in developing their staff.

Our consultancy work led to the development of our first system, the Ascon Staff Developer System in 2001 and partnership with the National Association of Head Teachers. The current Ascon School Developer System is built upon the successful and robust foundations of the Staff Developer, but radically extends its scope and power.
