• Objective setting and the ability to categorise objectives for Training Needs Analysis
• Professional Development Plans
• Review Follow-Up - for monitoring progress against individual objectives
• Review Summary Statements

The School Developer allows direct interaction between the staff member concerned and their team managers. This builds on the flexibility within the software, which allows the school to put its own Performance Management standards into the system. Team leaders can enter comments and record any observations, meetings or other activities. Staff can respond in a secure area.
