Licensing and Upgrades

The underlying principle of the School Developer System can be summed up as joined up thinking to achieve alignment of all relevant school processes and impact tracking of all outcomes.

With this in mind, it is not in the best interest of our customers for us to make our living by selling module after module and charging for upgrades on top of this. This would not be in accord with our drive for excellence.

We sell the entire system as a single entity, comprising as it does many modules integrated into one organic whole.

Taking our drive for excellence to its logical conclusion, we believe that every one of our customers should benefit from the 20 years of thinking and 8 years of user feedback embodied in the system.

We charge one single Annual Licence fee, which encompasses the full range of concurrent usage licence, Technical and User Help Desk support and all upgrades, however significant these are.

We also include our full Consultancy, Training and Support Package in the cost of the system.

It is never a case of "sell and run", as with so many software management systems, which lie unused or at best underused after installation.
