With the Launch of Version 3, the Ascon Developer Systems have come of age. With seven years' experience behind us, the Systems now integrate and align plans at all levels with the power and accuracy we planned in our original vision back in 1999. Everything done in the system at the individual and departmental levels is now tied directly in to the strategic and operational planning at the organisational level. The new Planning module is fully interactive. It allows managers to see directly into all levels of planning and evaluation on a daily basis.
The Developer System now provides managers with detailed strategic analysis of all the many staff and managerial processes which fall within its very broad scope.
The Developer System is a fully managed system, incorporating installation, network deployment and upgrades - all achieved automatically. The network administrator can take full technical and policy control of all aspects of the System from a central management console.
