The Ascon
Developer Systems
ensure that you never have to duplicate
the input of information.
You enter data once
and the software replicates it in the appropriate screens and reports, saving
you a massive amount of time and energy. Because of the ability to
"tag" records with headings you choose, managers can automatically produce
customised and powerful evidence in the form of analytical reports. These
reports include a Training Needs Analysis drawn from your staff's objectives and
an analysis of your Lesson Observations by departments, areas of weakness or
strength or across the whole school.
Several screens have
import buttons which allow you to
import from an existing record or set of records at the click of a button. You
can then edit and customise the imported text. You can also save
time by cutting and pasting text
from records or documents, both from other areas within the software, or from MS
Word documents.
The Developer System
manages approximately 2,250 documents per 100 staff per review year.
This is no more than the normal amount of paper generated in the average school
carrying out these functions over the course of a year. The difference is that
every document is instantly accessible to all appropriate members of staff.
